BIOGRAPHY:
Everything known about Ophelia is gathered from what she mumbles, yells, or whispers, and because she is a Malkavian, there is a high degree of unreliability to her story. This is what she claims:
She was born in Denmark, daughter of Polonius and sister of Laertes. Her one true love was Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. However, Hamlet murdered her father. She went insane and tried to drown herself, but was saved by a kind man that night. This man Embraced her, and taught her the ways of the superior Malkavian clan. He was never known by a single name, but several years later he took the pseudnym he was to eventually become famous for: William Shakespeare. Anyone with eyes can see that Shakespeare is a Malkavian, because only someone with as "unique" a perspective and a genius as a Malk could write such beauty. The Toreadors are just pretenders, trying to be Malks. Ophelia has no idea where Shakespeare is now, though she says she heard a rumor he died a while back. Several of her mad quirks Shakespeare incorporated into his plays; for example, her habit of trying to erase a blood stain, and an obsession of being clean from blood. This is what infuriates her, that she is always surrounded by the need for blood, so she can never erase it from her surroundings.
Of course, this is only what Ophelia knows, it could all be completely false :)
